Bio: I started gaming in 2000 with Counter-Strike (1.6) when a couple of my friends got me interested in the game at a LAN. Since then, I've been hooked on pretty much anything HL/HL2 related. My favorite games are Team Fortress 2, Natural Selection, CounterStrike 1.6, CounterStrike Source GunGame. I also love playing strategy games like Civilization (1-4) and Colonization. It's why I prefer to play support classes. In the few MMOs I've played, my main character is always a Healer of some sort. In TF2, I'm usually on Defense. My top classes include Heavy, Pyro, Medic, and Engineer. And in Left 4 Dead, I often have the top rank of "number of teammates protected" during the stats that roll after a campaign.
But helping people is more than just team-play. I usually don't mind helping out new players, as well. Explaining how various game-mechanics work, how to avoid common mistakes, and other tips to remove the "clueless" part of their "newbie" moniker.
